Protecting Montana Rivers

Senator Tester's proposed Montana Headwaters Legacy Act is pushing to protect 336 miles of river in Montana as Wild and Scenic.

This move would be a huge step in the right direction especially with the mine starting on Sheep Creek, a tributary to the Smith River, and the proposed "Glamping" project on the Gallatin.
