Tuesday’s Tip - Fish a Lake!

Now is the time to hit the lakes now that we have entered peak run-off season and the rivers are high and muddy. Lake fishing is good at this time of year and offers a chance at some nice fish. Nymphing with chironomids and callibaetis is effective along with stripping leeches and buggers. Most lakes are a good choice now with maybe the exception of Ennis Lake which is filling up with muddy water pumping in from the Upper Madison.
