Order Processing
Order placed before 1:00 PM Mountain Time will ship the same day or the next business day if the order is placed on a holiday or weekend.
Shipping Location
Orders ship directly from our Bozeman-based fly shop. We may have orders drop-shipped from the manufacturer in rare instances when we are unable to fulfill an order or to expedite delivery - there is no additional charge in these instances.
Shipping Costs
We offer free ground delivery in Contiguous United States on orders over $49. For orders below $49, we charge a standard flat rate of $9.95 for delivery within the Contiguous United States. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method for free ground delivery and require that the shipping address accepts USPS deliveries. Tracking information and arrival estimates are not guaranteed for all free shipping orders.Returns and Exchanges are not covered by any of our shipping options - it is the sole responsibility of the party that is returning or exchanging an order and there are no returns or exchanges accepted on closeout or discounted items.
Contiguous (lower 48) and Intercontinental USA orders (AK and HI) over $1000 qualify for free 2nd Day Air shipping. Please note that this from of delivery is not guaranteed and that the shipping address must accept UPS deliveries. Next Day Air is the only shipping method that is guaranteed and those orders must be received by 1:00 PM Mountain Time
Canada Customers can choose between USPS and select UPS shipping methods at Checkout. Orders over $1000 ship for free to customers in Canada.
International orders over $1000 ship for free to most of the world, expedited services are available for purchase at checkout.
By placing an international order with Yellow Dog Flyfishing, you are agreeing:
- Yellow Dog Flyfishing is not responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage fees or any other fees or expenses imposed by the destination country.
- If you refuse or abandon a package, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
Delivery Time
Standard ground delivery typically takes 2-6 days to arrive at most US addresses. We do not guarantee specific arrival dates/times on any shipments other than UPS Next Day Air. Please select one of the expedited services at checkout for the most reliable delivery times and Next Day Air for guaranteed delivery (orders must be placed by 1:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday - Friday for guaranteed next day delivery) International orders less than $500 will typically arrive within 10-21 days, depending on your location.
