2021 Early Booking for Bozeman Guide Trips

I’ve never been so excited to move onto the new year as I am today – I know everyone else feels the same way too! I wish that I could have gone through 2020 in the same way I went through 1990 - I’ll leave that up to your imagination! Despite the uncertainty and challenging times ahead in the short term, I am feeling optimistic (finally) that there is light at the end of the proverbial tunnel. As a result, we are ramping up our efforts to increase guide trip capacity, inventory, and staffing for the 2021 season.

I am reaching out to you - as one of our previous guests - to encourage early guide bookings for 2021 to ensure availability while locking your trips in at the lowest rates we will offer for the year. The reality is that our guide service has become much busier than I could have ever imagined and we can no longer service many of our last minute requests for trips – even for some of our longest-tenured clients.

BOOK EARLY CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Book at $550 a day for full day trips for 1-2 people on trips from June 15 - October 1
• No advanced reservations for ½ day or vacation packages are available at this time.
• No deposit required (we take a credit card to secure the reservation with a $.50 charge)
• Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to the trip and is non-refundable in that window
• This offer is valid through 12/31/20
• To make your reservation, email info@finsandfeathersonline.com with your dates
• We will add you to the calendar and reach out in early 2021 for your trip details (number of anglers, dietary requests, gear needs, etc.) and credit card details.
• If you wish to add additional days or reschedule existing days, prior to the 2 week non-refundable window, we will give you the highest priority but any bookings made after 12/31/21 will be at current rates at the time of booking.

In regards to 2021 rates, the standard rate will be $595 for reservations made prior to June 1, 2021 (subject to change). We are anticipating historically high demand for our services in Bozeman next summer and rates are expected to swing into the $650-$700 range for new bookings coming in after Memorial Day, based on expected market pressures from our competitors.

In all of the uncertainty we are dealing with, the demand for fly fishing at every level has never been higher. Getting to Bozeman will continue to be easier than most other western destinations, whether you drive or fly. No place like Bozeman has so much water to offer within an hour of town in every direction.

The combination of easier air travel, increase in local residents, and auto-tourism explosion – coupled with a “safer environment” overall by mid-summer – is all pointing to the fact that 2021 will be a crazy busy year. So, please plan early and take advantage of some terrific savings with very little risk and lots of flexibility.
